Hi, I'm Sally, and I help high-achieving women who are living and leading with ADHD.

Most of the women I work with look capable and successful from the outside, while privately running on stress, over-functioning, and the quiet worry that they are always a step behind no matter how hard they try. I know that feeling from the inside. I was diagnosed late myself, after more than thirty years building a demanding career, and understanding my brain changed everything about how I work and how I lead.

At Lightworks Coaching I bring that lived experience together with professional training as an ADHD Executive Functions Coach, Leadership Coach, Life Coach, and Conscious Hypnosis Practitioner, working from the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria. It all comes together in my signature approach, the ADHD Aligned™ Personal Blueprint System, which helps you stop forcing yourself into routines built for other brains and start building a way of living and working that fits the way your brain actually works.

If you feel overwhelmed, scattered, or worn out by the effort it takes to hold everything together, let's talk.
