A little about me...
I spent over 30 years as a fashion retail buyer and executive, building a career I absolutely loved—one that took me around the world, kept me on my toes, and was driven by a deep passion for style and creativity. On paper, everything looked incredible. I had a successful role in an amazing company, a track record to be proud of, and a life many would envy. But underneath it all, I was running on empty.
Over time, a quiet restlessness set in. I was exhausted. Disconnected. Despite all I had achieved, something didn’t feel quite right—and I couldn’t explain why.
In 2022, I received an ADHD diagnosis. That moment was like someone finally turning the lights on. Suddenly, so much made sense—my intensity, my energy patterns, the way I approached work, and why burnout had become a recurring theme. Instead of self-criticism, I began offering myself something new: self-compassion. And with that, everything started to shift.
I began a deeper journey of self-discovery—one rooted in understanding, acceptance, and alignment. I realised that I was ready to live life on my terms, and that my true calling was to help other women do the same. Women like me—high-achievers who’ve ticked all the boxes but are now craving something richer, more soul-aligned, and true to who they really are.
That’s why I founded Lightworks Coaching. My mission is to support women in uncovering what’s next, helping you reconnect with your purpose, trust yourself fully, and build a life that feels authentic, joyful, and deeply fulfilling.
It’s never too late to rewrite your story—and I’d be honoured to walk that path alongside you.
Let’s create something extraordinary together.
