A little about me...

I spent over 30 years as a fashion retail buyer and executive, building a career I genuinely loved. It took me around the world, kept me close to creativity and commercial momentum, and taught me what it really takes to deliver results in high-pressure environments. I also know what keeps leaders awake at night: the weight of responsibility, the constant pace, the expectation to have answers, and the quiet fear of being found out when you are holding it all together. On paper, I was successful. Underneath, I was running on empty.

In 2022, I received an ADHD diagnosis, and it reframed everything. I could finally see my patterns clearly: the intensity, the energy swings, the over-functioning, and the burnout loops that came from trying to succeed inside systems that did not fit how my brain worked. That shift took me beyond coping and into change: practical tools, nervous system regulation, and a leadership approach that is sustainable, not performative. Lightworks Coaching was born from that evolution. I now blend lived retail leadership experience with leadership coaching to help women and emerging leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and impact, build teams that perform without them carrying everything, and create a way of working that delivers results without sacrificing wellbeing.
