Each lesson is designed to equip you with useful strategies you can immediately put into action. It’s about learning with purpose and seeing real results based on tweaking your habits.

How it works :

Each night, simply open the next lesson, read through the material, then when you are ready for bed, pop on your headphones, get comfy and click on audio link to listen to the guided audio for that night. It should all take no more than 15-20 minutes per night.

You can also download my 7 day sleep tracker to record your sleep, habits and energy for that day.

It’s best to complete this on consecutive days, but if you can’t, that’s totally ok, just come back to it when you can.

Yes. These tools and tips can help all types of brains. In ADHD , protecting our our sleep health can often mean symptoms become much easier to manage.

What is Hypnosis

Hypnosis is simply a process to change your state for a purpose. In this instance, it changes you to a relaxed state in order to have a great night sleep. You can reprogram your subconscious mind to build healthier habits that become automatic through repetition. It is also used for anxiety, or stress, or weight loss, breaking addictions such as smoking, among other things .

Is Hypnosis for everyone?

Hypnosis may not be suitable for individuals with psychotic symptoms (hallucinations, delusions etc) or those under the influence of drugs and alcohol . Epilepsy sufferers should also consult their doctor first. It is generally safe and most people can do it.

Can I be made to do something against my will ?

No. You remain aware and in control during hypnosis and cannot be made to do anything you do not want to do or would not normally do.

What sort of hypnosis is in this course?

7 Days to Deeper Sleep consists of short guided relaxations, deepeners and suggestions designed to help you sleep, in the moment and/or in the future . Often hypnosis will finish with an emergence sequence, but as you may be in bed, ready to sleep , I won’t be emerging you .You can simply drift off…

7 Days To Deeper Sleep is a seven-day, self-paced sleep reset designed to help your body settle into deeper, more reliable rest. Each short lesson combines simple, science-based guidance with short audio practices that support nervous system regulation, circadian rhythm, and healthy sleep cues.

You move through the lessons one night at a time, building consistency, safety, and sustainable sleep habits you can return to whenever needed.
