Read me first :
The training runs for about 60 minutes and covers the core framework behind everything I teach, including why the systems you've tried before weren't the problem, and what to do instead.
A couple of things worth knowing before you watch:
You don't need to take notes. Just watch it without pressure to act on everything immediately.
And if something lands hard, sit with it. The awareness piece comes before the action piece, always.
