Sleep Coaching and Hypnosis at Lightworks combine science-backed sleep education with nervous system regulation, rhythm, and subconscious conditioning.

This work helps calm hyperarousal, reduce night-time overthinking, and rebuild the body’s trust in sleep.

Support is offered through short audio programs, group experiences, and one-to-one sessions, creating sustainable, restorative sleep without pressure or force.

We offer limited in-person sessions and online live and pre-recorded sessions.
