You are capable, intelligent, and successful on the outside, while privately running on stress, perfectionism, and the constant effort of keeping it all together. Perhaps you have recently been diagnosed with ADHD, or you strongly suspect it, and you are standing in that strange space between relief and grief, wondering what happens now. You have tried the productivity systems, the planners, and the self-help, and none of it quite fit, because none of it was built for the way your brain actually works.
What you might be carrying:
The women I work with often arrive exhausted and overwhelmed, negotiating with themselves to get through the day, and carrying years of guilt and self-criticism for finding hard the things that seem to come easily to everyone else. Underneath the achievement there is often burnout, masking, emotional intensity, and a quiet sense that life takes more effort than it should.
How we work together:
One-to-one coaching is the most personal and focused way to change that. Together we move through three stages. First we build clarity and awareness, understanding how your ADHD actually shows up, what energises you and what drains you, and reframing your story with compassion rather than blame. Then we move into action, experimenting with tools, routines, and emotional-regulation practices that genuinely fit you, and beginning to shape your own Personal Blueprint. Finally we focus on embodiment and self-leadership, strengthening self-trust, building your self-advocacy, and creating plans for the harder days, so that what you have learned becomes how you live.
This is the same ADHD Aligned™ approach at the heart of my group program, delivered privately and paced entirely around you.

By the end of our work together you will understand your brain far more deeply, you will have a personalised toolkit that flexes as life changes, and you will move through your days with more energy, more self-compassion, and far less of the shame and second-guessing you have carried for years. You will be able to advocate for yourself, set boundaries, work with your energy instead of against it, and recover from setbacks without spiralling.
Why me?
I am a late-diagnosed ADHD woman who built a demanding thirty-year career before I understood my own brain, and I am a certified ADHD Executive Functions Coach, Life Coach, and Conscious Hypnosis Practitioner. I know this from the inside as well as from the training, and I will meet you with understanding, not judgement.
