March 10, 2026 at 7:30 AM (Australia/Melbourne Time) for a morning of inspiration, giving, and sharing.

This year's IWD theme - Give To Gain emphasizes the power of reciprocity and support. When people, organizations, and communities give generously, opportunities and support for women increase. Giving is not a subtraction, it's intentional multiplication. When women thrive, we all rise.

Hi, I’m Sally — Human Performance , Leadership and ADHD Coach .

I’m certified as an ADHD Executive Functions Coach, Life Coach, Leadership Coach, and Conscious Hypnosis Practitioner based on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.

As the founder of Lightworks Coaching, I specialise in working with high-achieving women who are navigating life with ADHD — many of them late-diagnosed or quietly wondering why things have always felt harder.

IIf you feel overwhelmed, struggle with focus, or feel like you’re always “ behind” no matter how hard you try, lets talk.
